Owen is in charge of our Commercial Team. With 15 years experience in Quantity Surveying, Owen has deep insight into project efficiency , contract compliance and risk management. Owen works closely with clients, suppliers and subcontractors, to foster strong relationships mutually beneficial to the success of our operations.
